SUMMARY:ISES 2026 Session Proposals
DESCRIPTION:Session Proposals \nWe invite you to help shape the ISES 2026 scientific program by submitting a session proposal. \nSession proposals replace traditional symposia this year and provide more flexibility to organize discussions around emerging topics and shared priorities. Pre-selected speakers are not required to submit a session proposal. Abstract submitters will have the opportunity to identify which session\, if any\, aligns well with their work. The Technical Organizing Committee will work with session chairs to craft sessions. \nThe final deadline for submitting a session proposal is March 25\, 2026. \nThe following information will be collected when submitting a session proposal:\n– Session title (up to 25 words) \n– Session description (up to 250 words) \n– Session chair(s) (either one chair or two co-chairs) \n– Keywords (up to 5 keywords) \n– Whether or not you need an official letter of invitation for visa purposes \n– That you agree to register for the meeting to chair your proposed session\, if it is accepted \nClick here to submit your session proposal. \nFor the most up-to-date information on ISES 2026\, please visit here.
